Privacy policy

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TCL 2021). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

The use of cookies is neither legally nor contractually required. The legal basis for the use is only the consent given by you for this purpose. You can revoke the consent given to us for the use of cookies at any time without giving reasons. However, you can also set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. Web analysis

Our website uses features of the Matomo web analytics service from Innocraft, based in New Zealand. Cookies are used to enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information thus generated is transferred to a server of the "Land-, forst- und wasserwirtschaftliches Rechenzentrum GmbH" in Vienna and stored there. You can prevent this by changing your browser settings so that no cookies are stored. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized by deleting the last 8 bits. This means that only a rough localization is possible afterwards.

We have concluded a corresponding contract for order data processing with the provider. Our processor also ensures the security of your data through suitable and state-of-the-art technical and organizational measures. Our partner is not permitted to use the personal data provided for purposes other than those for which it was provided.

Server logs

The server logs are stored to enable checking the system security, to technically administer the websites, as well as to enable optimising the offer. This data will - should there have been a hack attack - be passed on to the law enforcement authorities. Any further disclosure to third parties does not take place. The server logs are stored for a maximum of 90 days.

Following server logs are stored: The IP address of the requesting computer, together with the date, time, request, which file is requested (name and URL), what amount of data is transferred to you, a message whether the request was successful, identification data of the browser and operating system used, as well as the website from which the access was gained (if the access was made via a link)

You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process details about your organization as well as contact information such as your name and telephone number.
